Anti-Black & Anti-Asian Racism — History, Realities &Future Risks
Lived-experience speakers and experts explore the historical foundations of anti-Black and anti-Asian racism, how racism manifests today, and its long-term impact on communities. Dialogue circles: Participants reflect on how these realities show up in their organizations or communities.
Anti-Oppression, Intersectionality & Inclusive Leadership
Participants examine anti-oppressive frameworks, intersectional barriers, and leadership responsibilities in dismantling organizational racism. Case Study Labs: Teams analyze real leadership scenarios that either reinforce or challenge racist systems, and propose solutions.
Leadership Lab: Bias & Power in Decision-Making
Participants engage in role-play scenarios that reveal how bias, privilege, and organizational power dynamics influence decision-making. Teams design early-stage grassroots anti-racism initiatives suitable for their workplaces or communities.

Day 2 Kick-Off & Energizer Activity
Workshop: Tools for Equity Audits & Anti-Racist Policy Analysis
A hands-on technical session teaching participants how to conduct equity audits, evaluate harmful policies, and rewrite policies using inclusive and equitable language. Participants work in teams to revise real or sample organizational policies.
Community Change & Grassroots Action
A panel exploring effective grassroots anti-racism movements in Canada and practical strategies for mobilizing communities. Participants brainstorm community-led strategies to prevent and address hate.
Leadership Lab : Action Planning for Change
Teams design mini anti-racism action projects—such as workplace initiatives, school-based programs, or community outreach strategies. Facilitators provide coaching to strengthen feasibility, inclusion, and measurable outcomes.
Session: Building Accountability & Sustaining Change
Participants explore: Accountability frameworks Monitoring and evaluation tools Allyship practices for long-term systemic change Leaders develop continuity plans that reinforce safety, belonging, and equitable participation.
Closing Commitments & Reflection Ceremony
Participants write one personal or organizational commitment on a Commitment Wall, outlining what action they will take in the next 90 days.
