Katie MacMillan is a former high school teacher with 15 years of experience and the founder of Kello Inclusive — Canada’s first talent agency exclusively representing disabled and visibly different talent. As the parent of a child with Cerebral Palsy, Katie brings both professional and personal insight into the importance of authentic representation, disability advocacy, and ensuring that media reflects and shapes more inclusive social attitudes.
