Anne M. Kalema is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for empowerment whose work bridges continents and communities. With over 15 years of international experience across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, she embodies what it means to lead with both excellence and heart. Holding an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University (USA), Anne blends her corporate expertise with a deep passion for economic empowerment, inclusion, and transformation. As Co-Founder of Kalema Group Inc., she equips entrepreneurs with tools and strategies to achieve sustainable growth. Through KG Digital Marketing, she helps immigrant professionals and women in transition reinvent themselves and create impact-driven digital enterprises.

Her leadership extends beyond business. As a Board Member of the Afro-Canadian Entrepreneurs Association (ACANEA), Anne champions collaborative initiatives that foster innovation and resilience within immigrant and Black Francophone communities.
