The Inclusify Workshop will take place on May 20-22th, 2022. These 3 -days workshop help you and your organization grow the culture of respect and trust between colleagues, fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Throughout the workshop, you will discover ways to recognize your unconscious bias within yourself, others, and the organization and the best applicable strategies.

Erin Noble is a Human Resources Consultant at the University of Toronto and part-time Professor at Centennial College. Bridging conceptual frameworks with real life examples has benefited the students in the Introduction of Human Resources Management course that Erin has taught since 2015.
Erin began her career at the University of Toronto in 2008. She has worked in diverse capacities within Human Resources such as disability management, benefits, recruitment and strategic planning. As a Human Resources Consultant, she provides high-level solutions and recommendations to management teams. Erin prides herself of building strong client relations, being flexible and thinking outside the box.
Erin has her bachelor degree in Sociology from York University and her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
