Lindsay is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead for Wawanesa Insurance, a multinational mutual insurance company based in Canada, and previously was a consultant in EY’s People Advisory Services practice in Edmonton. Lindsay has experience in transformational change, leadership and governance, culture, and DEI. She has been involved with various Employee Resource Groups dedicated to ensuring equitable and inclusive employment practices for 2SLBGTQ+ employees, BIPOC employees, employees with disabilities, and women in the workplace.
Lindsay is an alumna of the Alberta School of Business where she studied Business Economics and Business Law, and Strategic Management and Organization, and she continues to stay involved with the University as a coach for students involved with business case competitions. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, student mentorship, and ensuring equity for all, both within the workplace and in her community.
