Litzy Co-Visionary for Architequity, an Afridescendant and Latin American women-owned and led international and organizational development cooperative based in Canada, specializing in the application of varied equity-based frameworks and analyses.  

Litzy has worked in the field of international education for the past 15 years managing a variety of projects overseas, primarily in Latin America.  Litzy specializes in intercultural competency, cross-cultural intelligence, diversity, equity & inclusion, and anti-racism education and consulting.  

Litzy has her Master’s in Latin American Studies at the University of Chile.  and has completed a Certificate in Intercultural & Diversity studies through the University of British Columbia.  Besides her experience in Canada, Litzy has lived and worked in Chile, Mexico and Cuba and is fluent in Spanish.  

In her spare time, Litzy enjoys spending time with her dogs, writing her book about experiences in Cuba and cooking.  She is passionate about everything EDI!
