Shefali M. Khoja

Shefali M. Khoja, based in Alberta, Canada, is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional and is a CEDR certified accredited Mediator. She obtained her Masters’ degree in Community Development, Certification in International Association for Public Participation and has worked in multiple levels of government and in the non-profit sector nationally and internationally. She is the President for Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network Edmonton, which supports individuals with disabilities and social isolation.

Her 15 years of experience include speaking on topics of Managing Difficult Conversations, Equity Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, Succession Planning, Crucial Conversations, and other leadership topics. Shefali has presented to many professionals, executive leadership, elected officials, community members, and volunteers at national and international forums. She enjoys spending time in nature, and enjoys an active lifestyle, including playing throwball and badminton.
